TZarviz
Cookie Policy
How TZarviz uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and application.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. We use these to operate the service, remember preferences, and maintain security.
For how we use personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies We Use
We categorize cookies and storage as follows:
- Strictly necessary: authentication tokens, session management, and security — required for the service to function. These cannot be disabled while using the platform.
- Functional: theme preference, sidebar state, cookie consent status, and onboarding drafts — improve your experience.
- Analytics: first-party usage metrics (PWA installs, daily app sessions) stored on our servers. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising cookies.
3. Key Storage Items
Storage used by TZarviz includes:
- tzarviz_access and tzarviz_refresh: secure HTTP-only authentication cookies for signed-in sessions.
- tzarviz_reveal_pending: short-lived cookie used during onboarding reveal routing.
- tzarviz-theme (local storage): your light/dark theme preference.
- tzarviz-cookie-consent (local storage): records your cookie banner choice (accepted or rejected) on the marketing site.
- tzarviz:analytics-client-id (local storage): anonymous device id for first-party product analytics (no third-party SDK).
- tzarviz:app-session-tracked:* (session storage): prevents duplicate daily analytics pings within the same browser session.
- tzarviz-onboarding-draft:* (local storage): in-progress onboarding form data keyed to your user.
- tzarviz:start-new-chat, tzarviz:active-chat, tzarviz:onboarding-reveal-pending, tzarviz:companion-entered (session storage): temporary session routing and chat state.
- tzarviz_auth_from_home and tzarviz_oauth_trap_at (session storage): authentication navigation guards.
4. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using core features.
You may withdraw consent for non-essential cookies by clearing site data or contacting us. Our cookie consent banner lets you accept or reject when you first visit the marketing site.
5. Third-Party Cookies
We minimize third-party cookies. OAuth sign-in providers (such as Google) may set their own cookies when you use social login. Razorpay may set cookies during checkout. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.
6. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology or regulation. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
7. Service Use Disclaimer
Use of cookies and local storage enables access to TZarviz. Your use of the platform remains subject to our Terms of Service, including provisions on user responsibility, decision-making, and limitation of liability. TZARVIZ ROTECH is not responsible for decisions or outcomes arising from your use of the service.
