Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TZARVIZ ROTECH governing your access to and use of TZarviz and related services.

By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

TZarviz is a personal intelligence companion that combines structured personal modeling with AI-assisted conversation. The service provides insights, context, and reflective guidance to support your thinking — it does not make decisions for you.

TZarviz is not a horoscope, fortune-telling, psychic, or astrological prediction service. Outputs are generated from structured profile data, deterministic engines, and AI-assisted conversation — not supernatural claims or guaranteed predictions.

TZarviz is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or other licensed advice. You must not rely on the service as the sole basis for significant life, health, financial, legal, or relationship decisions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

By using TZarviz, you acknowledge and agree that you alone are responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes. TZARVIZ ROTECH does not direct, control, or guarantee any decision you make — whether or not you use information, suggestions, or outputs from the service.

All content provided through the platform — including AI-generated responses, intelligence briefs, timing insights, and companion conversations — is informational and reflective in nature. It is not an instruction, recommendation, endorsement, or command to act in any particular way.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, relevance, and suitability of any output before acting on it. You must exercise your own independent judgment and, where appropriate, seek advice from qualified professionals before making important decisions relating to:

• Career, business, and financial decisions
• Relationship, family, and personal life choices
• Health, wellness, and mental health matters
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance actions
• Any other decision with material consequences for you or others

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TZARVIZ ROTECH shall not be responsible or liable for any outcome — favourable or unfavourable — resulting from your use of TZarviz, including but not limited to financial loss, emotional distress, relationship impact, missed opportunities, or any other direct or indirect consequence of a decision you make.

We do not warrant that use of the service will produce any particular result. Past patterns, projections, or contextual insights do not guarantee future outcomes.

If you disagree with any output, you are free not to act on it. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance that all decisions remain your responsibility.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and onboarding.

Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

"Insights" are usage units that meter certain companion interactions and deeper intelligence features within TZarviz. When you use an Insight-eligible feature, one Insight is consumed from your available balance unless otherwise stated in the product.

New accounts receive a one-time free trial allocation of 3 Insights to explore the service. Free trial Insights are non-transferable and do not renew automatically.

Purchased Insights are credited to your account after successful payment confirmation. Each paid plan includes a fixed Insight allocation for its billing period (Weekly: 70 Insights / 7 days; Monthly: 300 Insights / 30 days; Yearly: 3,650 Insights / 365 days). There is no daily Insight cap — you may use your allocation at your own pace within the plan period.

Unused Insights from a paid plan do not roll over after the plan period ends unless we explicitly state otherwise. We may adjust plan allocations or pricing with reasonable notice.

Paid plans are one-time purchases for a defined period and Insight allocation, not automatically recurring subscriptions unless we clearly label a plan as recurring in the checkout flow.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and Razorpay to charge the amount shown at checkout in Indian Rupees (INR).

Insight balances activate only after our backend confirms successful payment. If payment fails, is reversed, or cannot be verified, Insights will not be credited.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing contact information and for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Prices displayed in the app at the time of purchase are authoritative. We may change prices for future purchases without affecting Insights already credited to your account.

Because Insights are digital goods that activate immediately upon successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once Insights have been credited to your account or used.

If payment was processed but Insights were not credited due to a technical error on our side, contact us at the support address below and we will investigate and correct your balance or issue a refund where appropriate.

If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, contact us promptly at the support address below. Refund decisions for duplicate charges, failed delivery, or exceptional circumstances are made at our reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Any refund processed through Razorpay may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access beyond permitted API use.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Use outputs as definitive professional advice without independent verification.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

TZarviz, its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology are owned by TZARVIZ ROTECH or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as intended.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TZarviz provides informational and reflective guidance only. We do not guarantee that any output is complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for your circumstances. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended bias.

TZarviz is not a horoscope, fortune-telling, or astrological prediction service. No output should be interpreted as a guaranteed forecast of future events.

Nothing on the platform constitutes professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other specialist matters before acting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TZARVIZ ROTECH, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — TZarviz.

This includes, without limitation, liability for decisions you make or actions you take based on platform outputs, whether such decisions or actions produce positive or negative results.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TZARVIZ ROTECH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or any decision or action you take based on platform content.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
