TZARVIZ ROTECH ("we", "us", "our") operates TZarviz, a personal intelligence companion. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our services.

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the service:

• Account information: email address, authentication credentials, and OAuth identifiers when you sign in with Google.
• Profile and onboarding data: full name; date, time, and place of birth; optional current location, occupation, gender, and marital status; life context you choose to share; preferences and companion settings.
• Derived intelligence data: astrological chart outputs, timing models, identity archetypes, patterns, and other structured profile data computed from your inputs.
• Conversation data: messages, session context, and interaction history within the platform.
• Memory and learning data: factual memory records, embeddings, and behavioral signals derived from conversations to improve context over time — without altering core identity data.
• Usage and technical data: device type, browser, IP address, session identifiers, and service logs needed for security and reliability.
• Notification data: in-app notification preferences and, if you enable them, web push subscription endpoints.
• Payment data: plan selections, order references, and payment status processed through Razorpay. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
• Communication preferences: notification settings and marketing opt-in status where applicable.

We use personal information only for legitimate purposes related to providing and improving TZarviz:

• Creating and maintaining your account and intelligence profile.
• Delivering personal intelligence companion features, conversation responses, and companion guidance.
• Operating deterministic identity and timing engines that form the foundation of your profile.
• Learning from conversation outcomes to refine memory, pattern, and behavioral context — without altering core identity data.
• Managing Insight entitlements, subscriptions, and billing.
• Sending service-related notifications you have enabled.
• Protecting against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service.

Where applicable under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and similar laws, we process personal data based on your consent, contractual necessity to provide the service, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable platform — balanced against your rights.

TZarviz uses large language model providers to generate conversational responses. We send only the context required for each request — not your full raw profile — in accordance with our architecture. Third-party processors are bound by contractual data protection obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your conversation content to train public third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

TZarviz does not make decisions on your behalf. Insights generated through the service are for your personal reference only. You remain solely responsible for any decision, action, or outcome arising from your use of the platform. See our Terms of Service for full disclaimers.

We may share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• With infrastructure and AI service providers who process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
• With Razorpay to process payments you initiate.
• When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our company, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to affected users where required by law.

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform. These providers process personal data only on our instructions and under appropriate data protection terms. Current categories include:

• Cloud infrastructure and database hosting.
• AI model providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google).
• Authentication providers (Google OAuth).
• Email delivery (Resend).
• Payment processing (Razorpay).

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Conversation history and derived intelligence are retained according to your account settings and our internal retention policies.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, or by contacting us at support@tzarviz.com. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data subject to legal retention requirements. Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and service improvement.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we continuously work to improve our safeguards.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
